We use fresh vegetables, fruits and meat to prepare our food that, we serve daily. The most of the vegetables are organic and we grow most of the vegetables ourself to deliver the best quality to our customer. You should also see our vegeterian menu.
Most of the food we serve made fresh and cooked on the grill or in the oven, which, makes our menu very healty and light. We combined our experience and our customer focussed management team together,to prepare our menu.

Sultan Garden Restaurant is in very unique and small town that is named Kas which is 4 hours away from Antalya and 2 hours away from Fethiye.
lt is housed in one of the oldest buildings in harbour and has a historical feel with 2 Lycian tombs and a Lycian water cistern set in the surrounding gardens.
There are uninterrupted views of the harbour and we have created an authentic atmosphere to justify these surrounding.

Sultan Garden opened 5 three years ago under the management of the Kalkan family. They converted what was a bar into a beautiful restaurant utilising the historical tombs and water cistern in the decor and gardens.
Abdullah Kalkan the instigator behind the restaurant has been in the business for over 15 years and has previously owned restaurants in Istanbul and Bolu.
Mustafa has been in the industry for 12 years and brings an extensive knowledge of food in to the cooking.
Mehmet Kalkan and Ramazan new this year help keep things running smoothly in the kitchen.
Abdullahs father Ahmet comes in everyday to tend to the gardens and his mother Zemzem cooks many of the traditional starters.
The waiting staff is headed by Murat who has worked in various restaurants in Kas for over the last 15 years and her side kick Halil has been working alongside her for the last 5 years. Ersan works closely alongside this enigmatic team.
Harriet Arden owned 'The Lexington Restaurant' in London's Soho and after an 8 year interval working in Bougainville Travel has returned to the catering scene cooking cakes and desserts and organising special events for the restaurant

Wedding Parties

There could be no where more beautiful in Kas to hold your wedding party. The location right on the harbour and the vast outside space of the restaurant is ideal. We can orgnaise the food, decoration, cakes, music whatever your wish.
Last year in August we held the wedding of Laila and Kevin an English couple whose relations own a house in Kas. Everything was decorated in pale blue and white. A perfect evening. This year on 6th May we are holding the wedding of Veske and Simone. Veske works as head paraglider for Bougainville, so we look forward to celebrating.

We have just returned from a holiday of a lifetime in beautiful Kas and the Sultan Garden was the only place we went to eat - every night but two - because it is simply perfect - the food, the service, the surroundings and the prices!
We arranged our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary meal by email but the event surpassed our hopes, from the delicious starters, wonderful main courses through to the home baked chocolate cake - it was amazing!
